A wise teacher once told us that, “when the student is ready the teacher will appear.”  We, at Aging But Dangerous, hope that you are ready to embrace the joy of aging from the many teachers that we will bring you.  When Michael Jordon said it is all about attitude, we listened—we hope you did too.  Going down this path together will be a blast.  We will share, support, celebrate, honor, cheer, encourage and periodically boogie—but always together.  Thank You for being part of who we are—it will only get better.

Now is your time, time to focus on yourself and create a new you for the next phase of your life.  A very important question for you to ask yourself now is “What do I want?”  If you could create this phase of your life just the way you would like it to be, what would that look like?  Until we get very clear about what we want it is very difficult to bring that into our lives.  I would like to suggest that you take some time to work with that question. Keep asking yourself that question until you get some idea about what is important to you and you can feel the joy of having this be your reality.

After the historic inauguration of Barrack Obama many journalists spoke of Mrs. Obama’s shoes.  Through history from Cleopatra to Madonna we have been informed, through various sources (from hieroglyphics to Vogue), of the shoe preferences of famous females.

Shoes define an outfit, a lifestyle, a career and an attitude.  Our grandmothers switched to low healed, “sensible” shoes that put comfort at the forefront and left style to bring up the rear.  Enter Cole Hahn.
