“Burn out” has become all too common a phrase in our society.  If you are wondering where we have been for the past several months—apply that term, we were toast.   Jean and I have been on sabbatical exploring how two women run an ever growing, event based, highly visible company and have enough innate intellect at the end of the day to remember their own names.  What if we could totally avoid burnout?

Any startup company naturally experiences these woes, but at 64 and 72 years of age, we understand why, according to The Founders Institute, the average age of an entrepreneur is 34.4 years old.  Success is sweet, but it is also demanding.

Just a side note, the average age of entrepreneurs is going up yearly, we boomers are refusing to exit.

Aging But DANGEROUS.com feels that it is our job to do the work to solve dilemmas that face aging women.  How do we self actualize without imploding?
