If you haven’t already figured it out, football fans are nuts!  And, it’s about that ‘go to the grid iron’ time of year again, when certain brains start to function like they are made out of pig skin.  So, when we got a $500.—- YES—I DID SAY $500. skydiver sponsorship from a Vikings fan, with the stipulation that we challenge the Packer fans, (that are jumping from Wisconsin), to a “Boarder Battle” of sorts, we cringed.

CornerSTONE is thrilled to receive the donation, and ABD is grateful for the generosity of this passionate Vikings fan, AND, it will be put to good use to help battered women in this entire area. BUT why are we bringing football into a skydiving event?  Skydiving isn’t exciting enough for you?

Then we reminded ourselves that Aging But DANGEROUS™ is about reducing your “but”.   A prime example of getting caught in your own proclamations—we thought.

So here we go, Packer fans—the gauntlet has been thrown, the glove slapped across the cheek—see if you can match OR exceed the current “Vikings” donation of $500. (Of course Jean, being a die hard Vikings fan, loves this.)  If you have a skydiver you want to sponsor send us her name, if you would like to contribute $100. or more then send us your color preference; green and gold OR purple and gold, and we will send you the name of your very own ABD Charter Skydiving Team member.  Anything under $100. please indicate on what side of the river you fall for your football jollies.

Remember, the public is invited to the big jump, (bring your own football).  This could get very interesting the day of the plunge in WI.  Will Brett Favre show up like the physic told us?  If so, to which team will he make HIS big donation?  Can you actually have too much fun hanging out with amazing women??  So much available mischief—so few opportunities to be Aging But DANGEROUS™.
