• February:           ABD excursion to Isla Mujeres, Mexico (Woman Island) in search  of spunky, edgy ABD participants.

2010

• April:                   “Dispelling the Myths of Age and Fashion Show” draws standing room only crowd of 500+.  EVERYONE rocked out!!

• June:                     ABD Judges Mrs. Minnesota, Mrs. Iowa and Mrs. Wisconsin Pageants

• July:                       ABD Launches Face Lift Potion

• August:                Martini Jump Skydive changes jumper’s lives forever!  (sign ups surpass capacity of drop zone)  What a blast!!

• September:      Suzanne shares ABD philosophy with alum from Stephens College, her alma mater.

• October:            Carillon MedSpa hosts ABD SWARM, featuring great giveaways of products and services, plus complete access to physicians.

• November:       ABD Martini Jump Skydive article, (with photos), “A Skydiving Odyssey” by Karl Eakins, published in nationally acclaimed Parachute Magazine.

• December:       ABD travels to FL to bond with snowbird members.

• January:           ABD launches the BUZZ membership program which provides fantastic benefits for paying members.

• February:         ABD activates aggressive Social Media campaign for World’s Largest Colonoscopy Party.  Launched first monthly SWARM for all ABD followers (see newsletter for date and place)

• March:              ABD hosts World’s Largest Colonoscopy Party and saves lives.

• April:                 ABD article published in Women’s Press newspaper and website.

• May:                   ABD BUZZ members win quarterly give away of 32” flat screen TV and notebook computer at SWARM party for all ABD followers.
